All reputable moving companies that are registered with AMSA should have the ProMover logo displayed on their advertisements or web site to let potential customers know that they are protected from any rip offs.
The Department of Transportation (DOT) is a government agency that works against moving scams. Avoid any moving company that is not registered with the DOT or risk becoming a victim of a rip off job. American Van Lines is registered with both the DOT and AMSA so you can rest assured that when you File a Claim with us you will get a prompt response. To make sure your movers are operating within the legal limits of the law you should look for either there AMSA logo or the ProMover logo.
